We can confirm that we have no objections to the principle of the proposed development. Further information will be required as addressed in my detailed response (emailed to M5Junction10@planninginspectorate.gov.uk) . Our concerns are we would require information regarding permitting within our environmental remit. We have outstanding issues for Biodiversity/ Flood Risk/ Modelling/ Groundwater and Water Quality which are detailed in the response. Hoping these issues will be resolved with further information from the applicant and we are working closely with GCC and Atkins to address these issues.
