The Examining Authority has exercised its discretion and made a procedural decision (PDF, 133KB) to accept the additional submissions from the Applicant and GTC Pipelines Ltd and to request the Applicant review the Application documents in light of 2024 National Policy Statement for National Networks (NPS NN) and Places for Everyone Joint Development plan.
The Examination Library (PDF, 223KB) has been updated.
