I have received all the paperwork regarding this particular project as I have registered an interest because the project affects my local area and home. I’m finding it difficult to understand how/why this loop will improve the motorway traffic flow? To my mind it will just move the congestion to the Swinton Worsley junction further up the motorway and will in fact add to the travel time and congestion. This will also cause potential traffic problems for supporting roads in the immediate area? Please take my comments for consideration Thank you
