The Applicant has informed us that a number of notifications they sent about the opportunity to make Relevant Representations had not been received for various reasons. National Highways has submitted documents in response to the Planning Inspectorate's s51 advice letter (PDF, 158kb) issue on 23 May 2024.

A decision on whether to accept the documents into the Examination will be made once the Examining Authority has been appointed.
