I object to the DCO application for the reasons as follows

  1. I do not feel it should be acceptable for a recently formed £1 limited liability private company with no financial history or assets and using investors funds to remove land from it's legitimate owners who are also a private company.
  2. I do not feel that he public consultations went far enough and believe it was restricted and of low budget for reasons to benefit the applicant and should have reached more east Kent residents by post rather than hand delivered to only SOME households under the flight paths.
  3. I am concerned about the negative health risks associated with airfreight and the associated supporting vehicles to service the port.
  4. I am concerned that the applicant is trying to remove the land from its owners at a value far less than it's market value.
  5. All expert reports in the public domain show that an airport is not viable and there is no report apart from the applicants own one person employed agent report which looks biased towards her employer.
  6. The applicant has used local social media groups to try and persuade and bully residents to support its application and often the information released was incorrect and or exaggerated.
