[Redacted] a director of Riveroak states in his biography that has over thirty years in aviation and travel. He fails to mention that during this period he was a director 30 travel related companies 29 of which have subsequently been dissolved. One of these Companies London Manston Airport PLC upon its dissolution had net assets of - £ 13.8 million . He is also a director of Riveroak Operations Ltd along with [Redacted] and [Redacted]. This Company has a current net worth of - £ 3.7 million. This company is owned by Riveroak Strategic Partners who have the same 3 directors along with [Redacted], [Redacted] and [Redacted] which has a net worth of 0 but is 90 % owned by MIO Investments .

Given the track record of [Redacted] who I also believe was [Redacted] in 1992 and the failed attempts of previous Companies to run a cargo airport can we have some assurances that they RSP preferred creditors who I suspect may be Mio Investments although not been clearly identified will not have first call on the land to cover any loans should the venture subsequently fail. In short can we have assurances that this is not an elaborate hoax to carryout a land grab. I would also like to see a copy of their business plan, letters of interest or intent by any companies intending to use the airport and proof that the leading specialist consultants listed in their proposal have actually been appointed to advise or carryout work on behalf of RSP.
