I would like to raise an objection to RSP proposed plans for a cargo hub at Manston Airport site, on the grounds below. 1.Noise & Pollution. As a 71 year old that lives right under the flight path, this would have damaging impact on my quality of life with the constant landing and taking off of these cargo planes, especially at night as there is no limit in the proposed DCO on the number of night flights. Noise pollution and lack of sleep will have a big impact on my life and also my health through fuel vapour which will greatly affect my breathing and wellbeing. With cargo comes the lorries to transport it all over the country, so more noise and pollution from the diesel of these lorries on roads already overloaded with traffic, which will cause major traffic jams thus causing more noise and pollution through stationary traffic on the A256 and A299 which are only two lane carriageways, one accident and both of these roads will come to a standstill. I strongly believe that not enough consideration has been given to the above, hence my objection.
