Current flight provision is not appropriate for the flying public. Both Gatwick and Heathrow wish to expand.

Mansion has a large runway and support buildings as well as a new rail station connected to high speed line.

Thanet has a workforce ready to work.

Thanet has good road links.

Freight can be unloaded and onto roads very quickly.
