I wish to register my opposition to the Manston DCO application for the following reasons:-
Flights over my house day or night will be intrusive to the extent that life would become unbearable.
The pollution from flights over Ramsgate will result in significant pollution which is likely to seriously harm my health and shorten my life.
Manston has been under commercial ownership for years and failed many many times, even under the management of one of the applicants managers ([Redacted]),
The applicants whilst wantonly destroying my life, destroying the value of my main asset (my home), have made no realistic provision to compensate me for this blight.
This is a commercial issue, surely if they have the funds they buy the asset from the owners, this process seems to be designed to cheat the legal owners out of the land, why am I paying tax so that the state confiscates property of the legal owners to give the property to an offshore company that pays no tax.
Our tourist industry will be blighted.
Our wild life will be blighted.
I question the integrity of the planning process that this application has got this far, there are more holes in this application than a Swiss cheese.
