The plans indicate a fire training school at the bottom of High Street Manston. The prevalent wind direction is South Westerly this will cause a health hazard to the villagers and livestock when fire training takes place.
The noise and air pollution will affect local villages and Ramsgate town including schools and regeneration projects. There is no detail as to the upgrading of local highways to accommodate all the heavy lorries that will be required for onward movement, or the environmental impact of this haulage demand.
