I believe Manston Airport is a very important part of UK airfields. It could do very well with RO backing to produce a place for workers in Thanet and surrounding areas. That will be permanent and ongoing. The Road & rail network are in my view adequate and with the new parkway station even better to all part of the UK. Its time it was realised that everything doesn't have to go to London. There are plenty of other destinations in England for visitors to this country and deliveries of goods in the south east & beyond. In Thanet we have a runway that will land anything that can Fly ready to use and should be.
