Our objection to Manston Airport re-opening are the proposed night flights which will be extremely disturbing at any level, as our home is directly under the flight path. There would be increased distribution through heavy trucks travelling up and down the A299. Environmentally this is a disaster from the point of air pollution, noise pollution and the concern would be the dumping of aviation fuel before landing. My fervent belief is this proposal is not sustainable on many levels and is not in a good position for a cargo hub.
