The plan to develop Manston Airport as a cargo airport will cause the following problems:
- Whilst daytime noise is an inconvenience, I am totally opposed to the disturbance from night flights.
- The flight path entering Manston is very low and directly over a densely populated residential area, which will have huge negative impact, especially at night.
- Continual promises of jobs and wider economic benefit are never realised, and do not mitigate against the significant downside.
Perennial fail.
