DO ANY OF THE MP'S OR OWNER'S OF THE COMPANY THAT WANT MANSTON AIRPORT LIVE UNDER THE FLIGHT PATH ? I BET THEY DON'T AND NEVER WILL. I have asked my daughter Sue to send this for because I feel so passionate about it. I am 85 years old, living here on the Nethercourt estate is like our own little paradise. My husband's and myself, he is 90 years old. Other than wanting to live the few years I have left in peace, I think opening the airport again will be the death of Ramsgate. There are so many lies going about, lot's of jobs, good for Ramsgate and the economy, the planes will be quiet !! The lorries won't be a problem, we all know this to be untrue.
The cargo planes will be a nightmare for us under the flightpath. Please let a good company build houses, leisure parks,hotels, doctors, schools, all things that will give people jobs and also bring in the tourists. Kind regards, Florence Edwards. Dictated by me to Susan Edwards.
