My house is grade II listed & built on chalk & no foundations, as are hundreds of other examples in this regency town. Small modern aircraft during the day causes little problem, but heavy cargo planes render speech impossible& cause my windows to shake & fine grey dust in garden. I could clearly see pilots from 3rd floor windows! A frightening experience causing my animals to cower in fright. Night flights makes normal sleep impossible. This town has a burgeoning vibrant café, restaurant bars and museums, society employing thousands & bringing much needed wealth to this poor area. A prospective now marina is now on the drawing board bringing more jobs, housing and tourists. Noisey polluting cargo plants will kill this dead. Passenger planes have proved by experienced airlines and committees to be unprofitable, therefore the proposer of this application can only want a cargo hub 24hrs or long term building land.

Please see sense.
