To whom it may concern
We are compelled to write to let our feelings be known about the re-opening of Manston Airport for aviation.
This area desperately needs quality jobs for local people. Parts of our area in Kent is pretty run down and would hugely benefit from the airport being used once more as a working airport.
Also, it would be much easier to be able to fly from Manston Airport to much of the world. We have to travel into London to either Gatwick or Heathrow which usually means an overnight stay because of flights leaving very early in the morning and we have a long drive to get there. It makes sense to reopen Manston as soon as possible.
