From my experience of providing inflight catering and on board services at both Southampton and Manston Airports I am fully aware of the number of jobs that will be created by the re opening on Manston. Despite representations to the contrary, the vast majority of roles in this sector will be recruited from the local area. If the Inspectorate require a breakdown of these roles based on my experience, I would be happy to provide them.
