My concern is the level of fuel and other aircraft pollution that will affect the area of Ramsgate and in particular the Nethercourt Estate. There is further concern about night flights, which will have severe health affects on the local population, this combined with general aircraft noise on a 24 hour time-frame, which has to avoided, in fact, stopped. That combined with the additional road traffic going into/out of Manston, be that passengers, workers and of course fuel transportation to the airport, which will all serve to grid-lock the local area even more and bearing in mind that the local area suffers, from heavy traffic already. The Manston Airport should not be re-opened, I have no objection to houses being built, but then there is the problem, of the general infrastructure being able to cope with that additional population
