I have concerns about the QC (quota count) for night flights. The examples used seem to be aircraft with the highest QC therefore the lowest number of potential flights, whilst actual night flight numbers of lower QC aircraft will be larger. Why is there a QC at all unless night flights are intended by RSP. Night flights present a very damaging risk to wellbeing and should be avoided unless an absolute emergency.

I also have concerns about the financial robustness and identity of the investors necessary to fund any development. I assume as part of the PINs process due diligence will be completed in this key area.
