Even as a cargo airport it will be an asset bringing jobs and a boost to the economy in the area. If it ever developed into a passenger airport, instead of going to Stansted, City Airport, Gatwick and Heathrow, Manston will provide another option. Take for example Southend and Norwich are a success. Manston will be the same - A SUCCESS.
