The scheme fails the local residential community. The noise and fumes will impact on all people but in particular the old and the young The claim that it will provide jobs is spurious. Non skilled, but a few and technical will be brought in from outside the area There is a national need for houses The town of Ramsgate is beginning to rejuvenate itself as a holiday venue. This will increase as people find it more expensive post Brexit to travel More people are moving here to commute to London. This will increase when the railway line is speeded up The roads are already inadequate to move cargo out of the local area Kent is too far from distribution centres for cargo hubs The persons involved in this application come from very dubious business practices
