After keeping. A close eye on the proposed airport development I just find too many anomalies in RSP plans. They seem to tell people what they think they want to believe but constantly keep changing. The proposed number of jobs created fluctuates greatly and parts of their business plan just seem unbelievable. I believe the site is in the wrong location to be successful, surrounded on 3 sides by water meaning all exiting freight traffic needs to go in one direction. I believe the site would be better served as housing and mixed use, leisure and industry creating more jobs but also more amenities for all. I think it is the only chance to get new badly needed facilities e.g schools, new health care facilities on a purpose built new development rather than having bits and pieces dotted around the isle.
