Further to the Examining Authority?s Rule 8 letter below, and the questions contained within it, my colleagues and I have a couple of queries which I should be grateful if you could assist us with. These are as follows:

· In question 82 (c) the term ?no loss? objective is referred to. Could you please clarify whether ?no net loss? objective is the term that the Examining Authority are referring to?

· In question 84 (c) the ?Havens? are referred to. Does this term refer only to the North Killingholme Haven Pitts, which form part of the Humber Estuary SPA? If not, could you please let me know what is covered by this term?

Thank you for your email seeking clarification on the Examining Authority's questions contained within the Rule 8 letter for the Able Marine Energy Park examination. Having spoken to them I can confirm the following:

Q82(c) - reference should be made to the 2009 draft document cited in Q82, specifically Table 2a, and explanation made as to what this means.

Q84(c) - in this context reference is specific to the North Killingholme Haven Pits
