The site is within North East Lindsey Drainage Board's District. The Board are in contact with the applicant regarding drainage for this proposal. The applicant is aware that prior consent from the Board is required for any proposed temporary or permanent works or structures within any watercourse within the district including infilling or a diversion. The applicant is also aware that prior written consent of the Board is required for the introduction of any water into the District whether directly or indirectly.
