On Friday 13 December the Secretary of State for Transport issued a letter requesting comments on the additional information submitted by Tritax Symmetry (Hinckley) Limited (the applicant). As these documents are not currently publicly available, this letter is being withdrawn and will be superseded by a new consultation letter, once these documents are available.

The Secretary of State has responded to queries from Blaby District Council (PDF, 168KB), Leicestershire County Council (PDF, 537KB) and Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council (PDF, 186KB) about the potential timescale for comments from Interested Parties on any new information that the Applicant supplies in response to her letter of 10 September 2024
