My interest in this national infrastructure project is based on the impact of construction and use of the hub and train line upon our local habitat, environment and the impact of increased traffic on our roads and increased pollution. As a local resident living within 2 miles of the construction site and .5 of a mile from the railway line, I am most concerned about the impact of this project.
