Application looks like an interesting opportunity to the local community creating some new jobs, although I would like to understand impact of such a large facility on the environment (Burbage commons is fantastic place which I would not like to be overshadowed by a warehouses and infrastructure) and what additional infrastructure is going to be created to cope with it (new roads, M69 roundabout opening both ways etc...)
