I strongly object to this project. The local infrastructure is already over subscribed and very little consideration has been given by this project to address these issues. The Interchange will bring additional people into the local area, who will not only work/interact with the site, but may well choose to live in the local area. Hinckley and Burbage is already saturated and none of the local planning officers have taken into consideration the additional services needed to accommodate the terminal. Schools are over subscribed and need new ones building. Dentists appointments are unavailable. Doctors are over subscribed The roads are dangerous. The only reason a child has not been killed as traffic has to crawl around the area, which is congested. Noise pollution - it is very noisy in the small hours with the DPD and Amazon depos on the A5, this terminal will add to the noise pollution. The ecological impact to the local countryside. I regularly walk through and around Burbage Common and this project will have a detrimental impact on residents well being.
