It will have a significant environmental impact on Burbage Common, which is the only real area like it locally. This asset has such a positive impact on people’s lives and having a 90ft development will simply ruin it. The road infrastructure around the development will not be up to the job. The noise impact on the local area will no doubt be huge. Wildlife habitats will be destroyed.
