Project would take over a huge chunk of common land used by many in the area. Additional traffic would cause chaos on already busy local roads. Large staffing levels would add to this congestion and almost certainly would increase traffic along Sapcote Road. Even worse if commercial traffic was allowed to use it. Where would staff be recruited from. Local infrastructure would struggle cope. Housing, schools, doctors etc, just would not cope. This is not a facility suitable to build within a rural community. Huge impact on Rural location with massive increases in both Road and rail traffic. Roads already busy . Where are staff coming from and how do they get to and from work location. A5 Road in particular is already extremely busy with Magna Park developments a major contributor. Railroad goes through village of Narborough via a level crossing which is not built to cope with the proposed volumes . There would be a massive increase of commercial vehicles in the area and car numbers would also significantly increase from staff needs.
