  1. There will be a massive increase in Heavy Deliver vehicles which will either exit the site onto the M69 or a new connection to the Leicester Road in Hinckley. All other roads are ill suited for large vehicles. At the junction of the M69 with the M1 there is regular tailback during the rush hour. Many will join the A47 which is already heavily loaded during during the rush hour and even more delayed when joining the A5. The pollution levels will rise both due to gases from the lorries and noise which will echo round the valley. 2. It is side by side to Burbage Common which is a protected Forrest and fields which are extremely popular for recreational walks in a clean environment. The Rambling Clubs regularly use these ancient pathways which also meander through the open fields where this Infrastructure is planned and will be a noisy blot on the beauty of that area. 3. At the moment we have a serene and distant views to the horizon of fields and mature trees. Massive ugly Warehouses are proposed which would be a blot on the landscape viewed from the heights of Barwell. Shakespeare would be turning in his grave at the damage that would be done in this idyllic spot in this green and sceptred Isle.
