I have registered my interest as I would like to voice how detrimental to the countryside and quite villages this development would be. HGV parks already surround the villages of Leicestershire (A5, sharnford) etc and indulging a freight stop with the additional traffic of HGVs will make the entire community unsafe. Crossing the roads in the villages with young school children, the local parks and woods wildlife all affected and the noise ? there are built up, commercial areas that would benefit from this, NOT a remote area. You would be forcing people out of their homes.
