This proposal would be devastating to the Hinckley area as it is planned to be built on existing green areas as well as having an enormous impact on the already over congested road network. Any lorries which need to travel east or west will use the northern perimeter road to access the A5 which cannot cope at the moment. The additional vehicle traffic will create addition air pollution in residential areas, is close to children's schools and play areas as well as having a detrimental effect on house prices in the area. I strongly oppose this proposal.
