The main issue will be traffic volumes seeking to get to the developement. The hamlet I live in is not far from the A5. Traffic accessing from the M42 via the A5 will be increase the already busy road and add to the bottle necks at junctions. This inevitably forces more traffic onto rural routes which do not have the capacity to deal the increases in volume. My own hamlet alrready suffers from traffic using it as a rat run when the A5 is busy. Circa 35k a day using Drayton Lane, a road without any pavements!!! The road infrastructure needs to be present before the terminal is built.
