This project will have a major impact on the day to day life of local residents. I am commenting as a resident of Burbage who uses Burbage common daily for the purpose of walking my dogs and [Redacted] benefits. The proposed project will prevent me from using Burbage common for the reasons above due to excessive traffic, pollution and security issues caused by the project. The project will place a huge burden on housing and infrastructure in Burbage as the project will encourage workers to relocate to Burbage and the surrounding villages. I am already unable to see a local doctor at the Burbage surgery for [Redacted], due to recent housing expansion in the area, and the village is used as a cut through for lorries and other construction vehicles, making it polluted and unsafe for families with children such as myself. This project is purely of benefit to, and will line the pockets of developers without due consideration of the impact to local people and wildlife.
