I believe this proposal is going to have a detrimental affect on the local area. The M69 only has one slip way to Coventry and the M6. All the freight passing through Hinckley and the surrounding area on already clogged roads will be horrendous. The A5 is nose to tail most evenings and Fridays are worse. Burbage Common has always been the best woodland and open space we have in or around Hinckley and the eyesore of more warehouses is not what the area needs. The small number of jobs this will create does NOT! outway the terrible affect on the area. The warehouses employ mostly [Redacted]. The A5 area between Hinckley is plastered with warehouses with “to let” signs so we don’t need MORE!! I have lived in this area for nearly sixty years but if this hub goes ahead I’m moving. I know I am wasting my time with this objection it’s all about back handlers for people that don’t even live here because that’s the way the worlds going, but when this lovely area is gone there’s no going back and it’s not nice for those of us that live here.
