The main issues to be considered are as follows: a full and comprehensive environmental impact has not been completed. The overall carbon emissions of the project and lifetime carbon assessment have not been taken into consideration with complete decarbonisation not even being considered within the plans. The precedence that will be set from the scale of this plan on green belt land. The decreased level of air quality in the area within is already shockingly low (like the rest of the country.
