So many detrimental factors that this development would cause to the area. Firstly an area of natural beauty (that I have used for over 50 years) will be destroyed or changed beyond recognition. Secondly, the local infrastructure is already struggling to cope without the further traffic movements that will be a byproduct of the development. Thirdly, the M69 junction was designed without access to and from Coventry for a reason. That reason still stands, it was to protect the Village’s to the South of Leicester from becoming “rat runs” for people trying to access the Motorway without going to Leicester. Also bear in mind that this will open up further areas of Green Belt for development applications which should not be allowed. I would welcome the opportunity to go into more detail at a later stage.
