Very concerned about the environmental impact of this project on wildlife/ecology & amenity provision of Burbage Common. Increased traffic will result in higher propensity of noise episodes & likelihood for disturbance damage from heavy vehicular loads using the roads on existing residents’ property. Lasting material change on the landscape & vista, which is completely unwelcome. Doesn’t Leicestershire already have enough Warehousing following the huge expansion of Magna Park & Lutterworth? Keep Burbage Common land for the quiet enjoyment & use by local people & do not thwart its natural beauty by allowing NRFI to be built here.
