The increase in road traffic as the roads around this area cannot cope with what we have at the moment The impact on air pollution The impact on wild life the loss of yet more country side Light pollution and air duality The loss of yet more areas water can natural drain And what is wrong with magna park half the units are empty So what is the reason for this construction apart from financial gain it won’t bring jobs to this area as robots are now mainly used and will be even more in the future .
