Damage to community outside space E. G. Burbage Common. Damage to existing road networks and using green belt to create additional road network. Lack of good quality jobs being created. Impact on other local services already stretched through jobs being created. Generally additional freight hubs in the area, impact on environment for residents. Lack of use of brown field sites for this type of investment. Absolutely no benefit for local residents.
