I am concerned about: Increased trains causing more vibration to our property as we are next to the railway line. This could damage the property by causing cracks and subsidence. Increasing noise from trains. Increased levels of fumes and pollution from trains. Massive increase in road traffic due to number of vehicles, entering and leaving the site daily. Massive increase in air pollution and noise caused by the increase in vehicles. Wear and tear plus congestion on already busy local roads as not all vehicles will use the motorway. Large lorries and vans using domestic local roads causing damage and congestion. Burbage Common being eroded away and becoming industrial use. Country paths through Burgage Common no longer being in the countryside, instead they would be through an industrial area.
