In my opinion, this development that is being proposed will create several significant negative impacts around the local area and across large parts of South Leicestershire where I am the Parliamentary Candidate for the Liberal Democrats I do not see in the plans adequate mitigations to alleviate these impacts. Transport and Traffic will increase with no plans to resolve issues at key pinch points. Air Quality will be impacted with little in the way of reducing the effects in the plans. Noise and Vibration not only locally but large freight trains and lorries will be going through local peaceful villages. The lighting will affect local wildlife. This development will be so large it will be a blot on the beautiful Leicestershire landscape and be visible for miles. It will increase the possibility of flooding in neighboring villages, and finally, it will have a negative impact on climate change.
