With the amount of new developments being built in Hinckley and the surrounding area, it’s proving extremely congested and the noise levels have increases dramatically, this development will only make it worse, I would like the inspector to spend a week living in Hinckley and visit the surrounding area to fully understand the impact this site will have on the local area before any decisions are made.
