The existing freight trains cause a manageable degree of discomfort to the day to day life for me & my family. There is a real concern that an increase in freight train traffic past our property will cause an unmanageable degree of noise pollution and vibrations, particularly during the hours of darkness, resulting in a decrease in our existing quality of enjoyment from our property to the extent that we would have to seriously consider moving out of the area.
