I object to this development . It is unnecessary. other rail freight interchanges are within a few miles e.g. D.I.R.F.T is 9.6 miles from Magna Park , 2 miles from M1 ,12 miles from M6. Increase in co2 emmissions locally. -Proposed rail use is only to the site. Hgvs will operate inside site and for distribution , plus employee commute to site all result in an increased air pollution ,noise and light pollution Light pollution and noise will severely effect residents, wild life and ancient woodland in very close proximity. as planned 24hour 7days a week operation. Prow's no longer be in countryside and will have long diversions - proposed mitigation for this is for Prow's to go through the site . Thus not suitable for horses due to likeliness of spooking them ,causing accidents. Through the site is not deemed as feesible due to planned security measures on site. Increased traffic through Sapcote including hgvs from neighbouring villages if M69 J2 southbound opened.resulting in more co2 pollution and risk of accident. WhenM69 was built the then Minister for Transport deemed it unsuitable to have southbound access ,due to the main roads to it being unsuitable for heavy vehicles. ((vehicle size and weight have increased since then.) Incidents of closure of M69, - traffic will be diverted through Sapcote. Possible disruption to passenger network/ improvements on same line. Increased longer down barrier periods at Narborough level crossing resulting in traffic build up, effecting B4114 out of Leicester
