Environmental issues with such a huge site when there are a number of distribution centres in a 10 mile radius of the proposed location. Why do we need another centre? The infrastructure will not support additional haulage/support vehicles. It not just the increase in lorries but car also with the extra workforce coming into the area. Why don’t they build on a brown site that would benefit from the redevelopment and they would potential have a workforce closer to hand.
