The proposed site does not take into account the road infrastructure in the area and traffic bottlenecking now in the area on the A5 starting at Smockington junction with the B4114 all the way to Mira. The project does not take into account other major ware-housing and transport depot developments on the A5 from the M1 junction 18 and Magna Park Lutterworth. This has now generated impossible, road congestion and decline in air quality.
