This development is a significant size over many acers in my local area . It will have an impact on many homes that will end up having nothing but a view of a container yard . It will bring more HGV 's onto the local roads and pollution and noise from the freight hub itself . We already have Magna Park on the A5 which is a huge development and other very close Rail freight outlets . It also impacts the on local beauty spot Burbage Common , and the wild life , a place where many people go to enjoy what the area offers, for their mental health and well being. This will be lost with this development along with acers of agricultural land .
