This project (HNFRI) will have a damaging and detrimental effect upon the residents and environment of those living in Hinckley/Burbage and surrounding areas. There is a large rail freight interchange already at DIRFT (Daventry) as well as newly built depots along the A5 and Magna Park Is the plan here to completely destroy the countryside around this part of England? It is a sad testament to the current government - fully responsible for such destruction should this be approved. Burbage Common will no longer be a quiet place for the people of Hinckley to enjoy. There will be a major impact on the local roads through increased traffic during the extensive time taken to build the project - With an impact upon the Burbage conservation area. How will you stop trucks driving through Church Street and other routes? The eyesore of this construction will be a carbuncle on the countryside. Ultimately this is neither wanted nor needed by anyone living in this area.
